I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Engineering at Duzce University. I received my Ph.D. in Computer and Information Engineering from Sakarya University in 2020, and my B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Computer Engineering from Karadeniz Technical University in 2010 and 2013, respectively.

My research focuses on computer networks, network security, and machine learning. I am particularly interested in anomaly-based intrusion detection, software-defined networks, and applying deep learning methods to cybersecurity challenges such as flow-based attack detection and spam filtering.
